How to submit a paper to Ultrafast Optics 2013

This brief tutorial will show you how to upload your conference submissions to Ultrafast Optics 2013 using EasyChair conference management system.

1. Go to  Ultrafast Optics 2013 online submission system at


2. Click ‘Sign up for an account’.

3. Type the skewed words that you see (in order and separated by a space) into the text box below them. Click “Continue”.


4. Fill out your name and email address. Click “Continue”.

5. You will receive a confirmation email from  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  containing a link to continue your registration. Follow this link.

6. Complete your account registration by providing all the required information, and choosing a username and password. Click “Create my account”.


Now you have an account at the Ultrafast Optics 2013 online submission system and can proceed with a submission of your paper.

7. Go to UFO 2013 online submission system at

8. Sign in using your username and password.


9. Click “New Submission”.

10. Accept the “EasyChair submission system” terms of service and click “New Submission” again.

11. Fill out the forms to provide necessary information such as author names and affiliation, paper title, abstract and keywords.

12. Upload your conference paper as a PDF-file by clicking the “Choose file” button.

13. When you are happy with your submission, click “Submit” to send all the information.

14. Once you have submitted successfully, you will see the confirmation page. The automated confirmation email is also sent to your address.
